For the past few months, I’ve really been working on counting calories
and exercising, and I’ve lost 25 pounds so far! I decided that meant
it was time for a Before & After of myself even though I still have a
little ways to go. It’s been a struggle and a test of my self-control
but it’s been worth it and I’ve had wonderful people supporting me
along the way!
